For students participating in a recruiter-hosted assessment
Important: When you enter an assessment workspace hosted by a recruiter, the rules around your data change from your normal CubeX experience. Please read this page before starting an assessment.
Assessment problems, answer keys, and your submissions within a recruiter workspace are the responsibility of the recruiter who created that workspace — not CubeX. CubeX provides the platform but does not control how a recruiter uses results for hiring decisions.
If you believe your assessment was scored unfairly — whether by the automated system or by manual review — use the "Raise a Concern" button inside the workspace. This sends your dispute directly to CubeX support. Your recruiter does not see your dispute until CubeX has reviewed it. This protects you from any retaliation and keeps the review process neutral.
If the recruiter has enabled auto-marking, your submission may be scored against an automated answer-key match. This is an estimate only — different valid coding approaches can produce different match percentages. Recruiters are advised to manually review scores, and you have the right to dispute any score you believe is incorrect.
The same CubeX community standards apply inside a recruiter workspace as elsewhere on the platform. Do not attempt to access another student's submission, tamper with the timer, or submit content unrelated to the assessment.
